Job Responsibilities:

The key activity of the role is to make outbound calls & answer incoming calls, answer queries, collect information, provide information and conduct follow up.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

To make outbound calls and contact companies & the right audience as per the required TG.
Receive calls and reciprocate appropriately to calls and email queries.
With the help of the telescript convince prospective delegate to attend the event.
Responsible for achieving telecalling targets and also meeting the desired project targets and deadlines.
Maintaining correct records of all calls made and leads generated.
Generate quality follow ups to get more registrations.
Provide Team Leads with information to qualify leads.
Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer - Maintaining quality standards on any database that is worked on.
To support other team members and colleagues by way of communicating effectively & discussing issues concerned.
Effective time management within procedures set by company
Occasionally represent the company at tradeshows and other business events.
To maintain a healthy call volume throughout the event calling campaign
