Responsibilities :

Deliver high quality unique content and should be excellent in grammar that is effective at addressing specific objectives, as well as diverse audiences.
Work with marketing teams to understand specific business requirements and collect information in all internal & external communication generated by marketing department.
Develops content for marketing collateral including brochures, success stories, press releases, news items and articles, preparation of help files, user guides, website content, newsletters & publishing content and has a great way with words.
Making smart use of keywords. Develops content with relevant keywords and variations for better search engine ranking and indexing, provided by online marketing team.
Editing and proof reading content once written.
Writing service descriptions, brand supporting material etc.
Develops and maintains customer case studies, including liaison with the sales, account management and practice teams for preparing them.
Develops content for websites and related corporate sites.
Develops and writes newsletters addressed to internal & external customers.
Develops & maintains corporate communication style guide.
Helps plan & implement Marketing Editorial Calender.
