Content Developer - Technical jobs in Delhi at Central Institute of Educational Technology

The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET),a constituent of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is looking for suitable candidates to recruit for the following posts (Contractual) to work for the DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for School Education) project.

i. The posting will be at its headquarter located at New Delhi. The appointment is initially till March 2022, and likely to be extended, subject to the project continuity and satisfactory performance by the candidate. Following are the details about the selection criteria for each post:

Content Developer - Technical (ePub/Flip Book/energized book designers and interactive contents) Number of posts – 04

Remuneration: 30,000/ (Consolidated)

1. Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor's Degree ( BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade 2. Experience: A minimum 1 year of experience in case of master degree and 2 years in case of bachelor degree in the following areas: 1. Development of EPUB from InDesign source files 2. Development of Flipbooks and other interactive ebooks 3. PDF watermarking, metadata preparation and tagging 4. QR code generation and mapping with econtents 5. Uploading contents on portals, apps, social media platforms and other servers, maintaining playlist, and usage analytics. Age: Below 40 years

Content Developer – Academic

Number of posts – 04

Remuneration: 30,000/- (Consolidated)

1. Essential Qualification: - Post Graduate in English/ Science (Biology, Physics, Chemistry)/ Mathematics with 55% marks or equivalent Grade 2. Desirable Qualification: - Candidate having M.Ed/M.A. Education degree shall be given preference - Knowledge of Computer Applications 3. Experience: - Experience of at least 2 years - Experience of developing/Design instructional design/TV-Radio. Multimedia, scripts/story boards/ preparation of metadata and abstracts. - Experience of teaching at Secondary or Senior Secondary levels - Experience of developing e-resources following an instructional design. Age: Below 40 year
