What you'll do:

Generate leads, connect and maintain relationship with Hindi Script Writers
Create monthly plans to ensure regular stream of scripts from writers
End to End ownership of execution of script writing as per weekly/monthly targets
Tracking performance of the scripts and defining appropriate Call-to-Action's
Understanding, proofreading, editing, and rewriting raw content
Editing large volumes of script with consistent quality under stringent timelines
Editing/rewriting script of the desired quality in terms of language, grammar and the in-house guide style within the allocated timelines

Who you are:

2-4 years of work experience in editing role
Experience with fictional content, TV shows, books, blogs etc.
A graduate/postgraduate with an excellent command over the Hindi language
Advanced knowledge of Hindi grammar and punctuation
A knack for editing and proofreading, and a flair for writing
The ability to work in a team with excellent communication skills
Process oriented with ability to handle large team of freelancers
The ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences
Comfortable in using Microsoft Office tools viz MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
