About the role:

As Mediaqart grows at a rapid pace, it’s an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the Mediaqart story. As Content Lead, you will have a  direct hand in Mediaqart’s success as you'll own the company’s content-marketing strategy and work on strategic contents to improve and innovate on our marketing efforts. Candidates will be experts on social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data in formulating a content-campaign strategy.

In this role, you will identify & develop audience personas for both indian as well as international markets, optimize marketing campaigns, integrate external tools and platforms, provide inputs to define our content planning/strategy at large and work closely with our key business partners (Ops, Media, Marketing, Sales). The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, loves problem-solving and thrives in high-demanding start-up culture. About you & What you’ll do:

• Content- Strategy
• Translate data-centric insights into content strategy, narratives, content journeys, editorial calendars, creative ideas, and roadmaps for our audiences.
• Map content journeys for various use cases and personas and recommend formats across channels that align to business goals.
• Explore new channels, pushing the Mediaqart brand into areas it hasn't previously been—owned channels, new social channels, and partnerships
• Work with the Media, Marketing & Content Lead  to lead critical metrics, report, and iterate on performance for this audience with a strong emphasis on testing and learning to optimize conversion
• Formulize differentiated plans and approaches with regards to Indian & the International market segments.

• Content Writing & Creation
• Write compelling and clear copy to drive value across mediums including blogs, digital campaigns, video scripts, web pages, email, and others
• Write long-form content such as thought leadership, articles, and blogs
• Demonstrate flexibility in being able to balance multiple projects, changing priorities, and occasionally ambitious deadlines while still maintaining the highest standard of quality and unfailing attention to detail
• Become a specialist in our audience segments, relentlessly seeking data and relevant trends to make decisions that improve the impact and effectiveness of content concepts and copy across mediums

• Market Research - Study the market regularly to maintain their knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as performing competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels are trending. Also, gather data and information using different methods, such as questionnaires, focus groups, or market analysis surveys, which can then be used to optimize campaigns to target specific audiences.

• Webinars and Presentations -The role involves creations of presentations and delivering webinars around various topics of interest to our end clients, revolving around online advertising and digital marketing. The candidate should be good at making presentations and presenting them with confidence.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Content-Marketing, Communications, Content-Creation, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass- Communications, Journalism, Advertising or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring & monitoring a small team
• In-depth knowledge of content development, content strategy, social media, data and analytics and listening platforms, and content and social standard methodologies
• Proficient in creative direction and are constantly ideating on how to uniquely bring marketing campaigns to life
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills, a requirement.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, hands-on experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
