At HeyHub, we sell branded location-based community engagement apps to venues and events, so they: have better control over their audiences, upsell merchandise, sell sponsorship rights, and gather previously unavailable location-based customer profile data about where customers go before and after their venue, where they live, and how they move around the venue.
Your Mission

Content moderation, ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the HeyHub products
Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations
Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities

Your Profile

Detail oriented, English language skill to native level to protect our community
A content moderator, you are familiar with internet content regulations and you never stop learning (knowledge of GDPR and COPPA a plus)
University degree qualified, able to present insights and characteristics of certain communities
You are resilient, willing to do shift work and able to make a difference from repetitive tasks

The venue app will create engaged communities by offering proven social media functions allowing all visitors to meet, join chat communities, match (new friends & dating),share and discover via photo and video based experiences with everyone at the venue – even when there is no 4G & WiFi at the venue. Think WhatsApp, Snapchat & Tinder, all in one app, branded for events, venues, festivals, stadiums and cultural sites, so they have control over their customer base.
