NetCom Learning, an US based training organization, is looking to expand their team with background into training, eLearning, publishing, or IT enables services and owns good understanding of IT concepts. This Technical training content Researcher, and analyst is responsible to work on Content Management System (CMS) & Learning Management System (LMS) and executing the assigned tasks end-to-end independently. Understanding our vast portfolio, staying abreast in technology developments, and effective communication skills are must for this profile.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities for The Position Include
o Assist Product Manager: The central duty is to align with the Product Manager for the tasks outlined below, in addition to work on CMS to enter and maintain data, coordinate with clients and parties involves through email and phone calls, and prepare presentations. Hands-on LMS for user management and eLearning courses.
Strategic Roadmap Contribution: Implement product enhancements and strategies. Responsible for reporting on the product’s roadmap to senior product management. Analyze competitor activity to provide the business’s product with a competitive edge over competition.
Collaboration: Collaborate with senior product managers in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives. Works within the product management team as well as other teams in determining product vision, positioning, and direction.
Product Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the service improvements and keeping system updated. In addition, contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of the product, inclusive of the approval of special pricing where necessary.
Supports Sales and Marketing Activities: Must align product launch activities with marketing activities. In this capacity, also ensure that the product literature is accurate and relevant. Timely prepare learning content to update Sales team.
Other Duties: Being answerable to the Senior Product Manager, adopt other roles as assigned by his seniors or any other Employer representative.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
Education: Must hold a degree in a technical field; for example, BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or IT.
Experience: Experience of 2-3 years in IT related information gathering, presentation of thoughts, creation of product PPTs or delivering IT training. Having CMS exposure will be a plus point. An ideal candidate will have experience in product management / technical writing / training within an educational environment.
Technical skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Organizational Skills: A strong analytical capability with the ability to meet deadlines is a quality necessary for proper execution of the duties on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: This position demands for constant interaction with senior product management personnel, cross-team personnel, and vendors. Thus, excellent communication skills are also important for the facilitation of smooth interactions in internal business collaborations and preparing effective presentations as required.
