Content Specialist (1 pm to 10 pm shift)
Important Information: This role is based in Whitefield and works in the 1 pm to 10 pm shift (cab provided).
Job Description
Kaseya is seeking smart, energetic and personable content marketing specialists for our growing content marketing team. In our collaborative, global environment, you will work closely with our team of professional communicators to produce content that includes customer- and prospect-facing blogs, emails, presentations, long-form content, infographics, video scripts and newsletters.
Kaseya content specialists are passionate about storytelling, branding, analytics, messaging and have an aptitude for technical concepts. Our content marketing specialists properly communicate technical concepts and benefits to both technical and business-oriented audiences through highly engaging materials.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work alongside other product marketing managers and content marketers to create content that educates and entertains our audience and supports our marketing goals
• Create high-quality original marketing content for target audience personas for assigned market segments
• Produce prospect emails, landing page copy, video scripts, PowerPoint decks and long-form content as needed
• Support product marketing teams to develop and execute on quarterly content marketing calendar that positions the organization as a thought leader within the industry.
• Evaluate audience engagement of produced content and adjust strategy accordingly
• Good to have an understanding of the ecosystem of IT Management Software and Monitoring Solutions and be able to communicate the same to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You should have proven experience as a B2B content writer with a good understanding of technology.
• The content writer will also do peer reviews and QA of articles written by other writers.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in the 1pm to 10 pm shift (we provide cab pick up and drop)
• Graduate in any field with relevant experience of at least two years and an overall maximum experience of 6 years.
• Prior experience as a B2B marketing content writer either in an agency or in a technology company is a must
• Good research skills and aptitude for learning
• Strong writing, organizational and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword placement
• Strong technical and/or cloud technology aptitude
• Willing to work in afternoon shift
