0-1 years of experience in e-learning, instructional designing, or content writing

Working knowledge of one or more authoring tools

Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Good communication skills

Basic understanding of how to do topic-based research

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline

Key Result Areas include (Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the below mentioned)

Undertaking topic-based research to create logical and sequenced learning content

Using the authoring tools to create/curate learning content

Creating documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Interacting with SMEs, if needed

Liaising with various teams within the organization for inputs to complete a given task
