• Write meaningful & effective content to convert prospects to customers
• Handle end to end recruitment process and vendor management.
• Experience of working on Job Portals.
• Identify quality candidate profiles for the requirements given and generate a continuous pool of candidates.
• Develop and update job descriptions & job specifications.
• Monitor & apply HR recruiting best practises.
