Content Writer – Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write fashion based content and articles
  
• Writing web content for websites/portals etc. from scratch
  
• Writing, editing and proof reading copy.
  
• Writing product descriptions, brand support material etc..,
  
• Ability to generate content in a clear and precise manner
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent knowledge of grammar and use of punctuation marks
  
• Extensive knowledge of Google key word research tools
  
• Check attributes, content, size charts, imagery for every article and ensure correctness of all parameters before the article is made live on the product display page
  
• Notify any errors, mismatches or rejections with respect to content and imagery
  
• Update necessary trackers based on timelines
  

• 2 - 4 years of content writing experience online or offline. Fashion background preferred. Expert writing skills, editing and proof reading abilities. Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal)
  
• Creative bent of mind with strong visualization and idea generation skills.
  
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
  
• Should have natural flair on writing with an understanding of what works on the internet
  
• Should have an effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.
  
• Should have ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
  
• An understanding of keywords and Meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, Meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.
  
• Should be updated with latest fashion concepts
  
• Should have final semester mark sheet/graduation certificate and have net copy of final mark sheet with 5th semester mark sheet for 2018 pass out & release letter/payslips of previous organization.
  
• Experience with an online/E-commerce company can be an added advantage.
  
• Qualification:BA (English, Literature, Journalism) / MA (English, Literature, Journalism)/ B.com/ M.com.
