Job Description

Content Writer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create content for online websites: website, graphic banners, blog and social media, advertisements, etc
  • Create social media content for strategic use on websites
  • Create tag lines and promotion content based on specific inputs
  • Create content for Internet marketing, SEO etc
  • Edit and proof read content
  • Create content in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences
  • Handling an online publication’s social media presence.
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret and elaborate documents, contents, materials, images from various sources.
  • Ability to write quickly, concisely, and accurately under deadline/pressure.
  • Must have excellent research skills, and must be able to organize ideas and translate technical terms into text that can be understood at all levels.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to write engaging online content.
  • Confident communication skills and proficiency in English, especially written for websites/blogs/other publications.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and write on a variety of issues. Proficiency in MS Office and Internet research.
