We are looking for a Technical Writer/Content Writer to produce high-quality online user guide that contributes to the overall success of our product.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Produce high-quality technical documentation that strictly meets technical writing guidelines.
• Organize, develop, and create clear, concise, and readable technical documents that may include diagrams, flow charts, graphics, and videos.
• Ensure all written work is proof-read, and free of grammatical errors.
• Adhere to documentation standards
• Identify contradictions between specifications, design and documentation and technical omissions or inaccuracies in the documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of work experience as a Content Writer for the Information Technology industry.
• Strong experience in editing or proofreading.
• Graduate with good command over the English Language. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or Technology related fields.
• Freshers with a passion for writing for Technology companies can also apply.
