Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Writer in our team. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the content writing team to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies that enhance content writing efficiency and quality, and integrate them into the content creation process.
Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and credibility of the content.
Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content assignments.
Edit and revise content as needed to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
Analyse content performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise reach and impact.
Provide mentorship and training to the content writing team to foster professional growth and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies that enhance content writing efficiency and quality.
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with the ability to produce both long-form and short-form content.
Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that engage and inform the target audience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of writers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
