We are looking for an exceptional writer with a technical background, who is research-oriented, a great collaborator and must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated, entrepreneurial environment. Our ideal candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and has the ability to create original and engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Must capture high level business requirements and transform them into detailed functional requirements and use cases.
• Must develop a social marketing strategy and work together with the designers to run campaigns.
• Must update the content of the company and its products’ websites.
• Ensure that the content adheres to the company style guide and guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.
• Experience in technical writing - product documentation, user manuals, white papers and case studies.
• Experience in communicating with other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features and product strategy.
• Experience with creative content writing and be aware of the social media trends.
• Good to be active in Instagram, Facebook and other social media
• Graduate
