We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about writing and holds a good knowledge of the software industry. The ideal candidate will have to author, edit, proofread and publish user guides, knowledgebase articles, help tips, and other relevant documents. In this role, you will work with the product managers, developers, quality engineers, and technical support staff, whose overall objective will be to make our application easier to use.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our application and the documentation requirements.
