Responsibilities

Research:

• Learn, apply and experiment how content and content strategy affect Brand, Customer and User Experiences.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics that would best fit marketing requirements, and compile researched information, data, and statistics in reports, documents and case studies.
• Help identify keywords, topics, techniques and channels that provide the best return on efforts and investments.
• Analyse content marketing metrics to suggest improvisations.

Writing and Proofreading:

• Be a compelling Story Teller.
• Deep-dive, learn, comprehend, analyse and write, edit and proofread about a broad range of domains and disciplines in English language for online/offline Marketing Campaigns.
• Write headlines, copy and content snippets for marketing collaterals like online and offline media content, product descriptions, blog posts, etc.
• Add value by actively engaging customers/stakeholders and ensuring a cohesive brand voice.

Requirements

Only those candidates may apply who:

• Have 1-3 years of proven working experience as a Content writer.
• Have an excellent portfolio, and have experience adapting styles with context.
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Have an understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Have an eye for detail, critical thinking abilities, and a good sense of what makes an interesting angle to a story.
• Should be able to merge ideas with co-writers / editors and other team members and have an attitude for knowledge sharing.
• Are able to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong empathy for all stakeholders
• Are responsible entrepreneurs in their pursuit
• Are able and interested in being part of a team dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Can constantly learn and unlearn
• Are constantly curious
• Can rapidly iterate and produce variations
