Creating and managing online and offline content for communication globally, this role will involve developing content for all digital channels including websites, social media channels, mobile applications, blogs, newsletters, etc, and aligning it in line with SEO keywords.
Social media will be the major means to increase visibility, traffic and user engagement to drive content.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
Create content for external publications and media agencies such as articles, posts, magazines, press releases, newspapers and plan content calendar
Lead a team of volunteers to develop systems to effectively curate on ground impact and inspirational stories for digital and offline outreach
Consult other teams for standardising their development projects, presentations, material, quarterly impact reports, etc. as per standard communication guidelines
Work with designing team to create awesome social media content, website banners, etc
Assist in developing internal communication plan and hierarchy across the volunteer network globally
Minimum 1 year of work experience and used to manage content for digital campaigns, social media, blogs, website etc

Experienced in preparing engaging content, reports, plans and other communications for diverse audiences
Highly organised, detail oriented, prompt, responsive, efficient and capable of multitasking, thinking ahead, and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills; ability to work effectively with all employees and all levels of management,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive conversations between Project Impact, Marketing, Content, Operations etc and use it to generate content
The ability to strike a balance between creative ideation and hands on execution
Strong work ethic, the willingness to get your hands dirty, and get stuff done
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
