About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
2. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
3. Write easy-to-understand case studies on success stories for the company and whitepapers on services provided
4. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
5. Create and maintain the information architecture

Other requirements

1. We are looking for aspiring cybersecurity technical content writers

2. Individuals that have an interest in cybersecurity and have a good understanding or would like to learn and execute articles on cybersecurity consulting, network architecture of customer environments, security products, technology integration projects, case studies on successes of working for different organizations, and creating whitepapers

3. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing is a bonus

4. Added bonus would be if you have a degree in computer science or engineering

5. Aspirers striving to gain experience in technical writing of cybersecurity consulting/technology implementation documentation

6. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

7. Ability to quickly grasp complex cybersecurity technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

8. Excellent written skills in English

9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

10. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

11. University degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent preferred
