2. Knowledge and experience with broadcast, branded, and digital content creation, including video, advertising, and social media
3. Ability to turn raw ideas into beautiful and compelling content for consumers
4. Ability to work cross-team and manage feedback from the creative team, business partners, campaign managers, and marketers
5. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
6. A highly creative and imaginative individual who can bring fresh ideas to every project
7. A creative millennial- gen Z bridge mindset with an interest in research, e-commerce, popular culture, and new social and digital trends and techniques
8. Conversant with social media (prior experience in e-comm or digital agency is a bonus)
9. Strong understanding of different styles of writing for different platforms
10. Ability to grasp concepts quickly
11. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be a collaborative team player
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 10 per write-up).
