About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing technical documents and/or general writeup/blogs for various product lines
2. Editing and updating existing documentation

Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 19th Mar'21 and 23rd Apr'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Mumbai, Bangalore and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Minimum 80% or more in English in both 10th and 10+2 grade exam with an overall 60% or above in the BCA/BA

2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills and general business communication skills

3. Done a course on technical writing/content writing.

4. Passion and enthusiasm for excellent writing not just of technical documents but any general articles, blogs, or others

5. Willing to work in a global organization with the ability to meet over the web and phone with company employees and management in other parts of the world

6. Strong editing skills and the ability to write in a clear and concise manner

7. Strong presentation skills with complete clarity of the concept and passion to connect with the audience

8. Self-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams

9. Passion to learn, unlearn and relearn.

10. Having knowledge of using MS Word and PowerPoint

11. Familiarity with documentation standards, documentation life-cycle.

12. Familiarity with tools like MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, WordPress, and Camtasia would be highly desirable

13. Familiarity with Web services (REST API/SOAP),Chatbot, Voicebot, AR/VR, AI/ML

14. Knowledge of image capturing and video editing tools

15. The ability to understand and interpret user requirements
