Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:

As a Contract Management Advisor you are responsible for the cost-efficient and controlled operation of one or more PMP processes in accordance with approved process documentation.

What you’ll do:

• You will be the natural authority on questions regarding your processes and should be able to explain how/what/why regarding the processes.
• You will maintain process documentation with BU guidelines and/or global directives.
• You will implement these processes on the respective contracts using the contract specific knowledge of the contract facing CCMs to identify any contract specific elements needed.
• You will drive process improvements and share standard methodologies across the portfolio. Where required you will provide process specific training and education.
• You can task lead the persons working in your area.
• All necessary testing activities and corrective actions needed for a satisfactory controls posture are responsibilities for the CMS. This includes maintaining meaningful repositories and keeping evidence for the processes managed.
