• Responsible for individual contribution as part of MEA Contracting Team

• Assist in Drafting, Reviewing and Redlining of Add-on, Conversion Order, SOW, Professional Services Order, Change Order and Amendments based on Uniform Master Agreement.
• Assist in Drafting, Reviewing and Redlining of License Order, SaaS Order, ASP from commercial perspective.
• Adhere to Compliance policy of the company while drafting and issuance of the execution copy.
• Provide primary support to Sales for preparing Contracts, Contract Management process and compliance.
• Ensure successful closure of Contract within the SLA.
• Work collaboratively and supportively with Counterparts, Legal, sales, finance and any other functions as needed to support contract process across Middle East and South Africa.
• Responsible for end to end Contract Management.
• Maintain Reports and track sheets for progress and efficiency of contracts.
  

Qualification and Competencies

• Law Graduate.
• 6 + years' experience in drafting/ Reviewing/ Redlining commercial contracts (preferably in a multinational environment).
• Commercial understanding
• Good Drafting and communication skill.
• Eager to communicate and work with people from other countries and cultures.
• Copes well with ambiguity.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
