Contract Specialist: (Legal)

The position is a highly individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Operations, under the Legal department. In this role, your prime responsibility will be driving contract closures for SCM.
The primary result expectation from this position is to significantly improve the productivity, effectiveness, and quality. In this position, you are expected to increase the engagement level with vendors and other internal and external stakeholders. You are expected to know the best positions for the client and negotiate the procurement contracts with vendors as well as internally with stakeholders. In this role, you are also expected to manage contracts as well as redline, review and keep the favourable positions. In this role, you are expected to sign-off new contracts as well as improve the performance of the existing contracts.
