Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation

• Advanced attention to detail with proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to develop compelling and meaningful executive presentations that will drive opportunities / recommendation for improvement. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Infopath, and SharePoint skills preferred.

• SharePoint development, access administration, and record retention experience a plus
