Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Continuously monitor the food delivery operations through our control tower dashboard, tracking orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes
2. Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues, such as delays or customer complaints, in real-time. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
3. Liaise with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Address any concerns or queries they may have promptly
4. Utilize data from the control tower system to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes
5. Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a positive customer experience, providing assistance and resolution in case of any delivery-related issues
6. Monitor real-time delivery operations using the ONDC platform's control tower capabilities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food orders
7. Coordinate with delivery partners, restaurants, and internal teams to address and resolve any issues that arise during the last-mile delivery process
8. Implement strategies to reduce delivery times and improve delivery partner performance
9. Analyze delivery data and metrics to identify trends, and areas for improvement, and implement best practices for last-mile execution
10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including providing updates and resolving any concerns related to last-mile delivery
11. Assist in developing training materials and guidelines for delivery partners to improve delivery efficiency and customer service
