You will be responsible to ensure Governance in Accounting and that local internal guidelines are in place that are in confirmity with the Siemens internal as well as with statutory requirements and assess arising changes in regulations to develop strategy for early adoption.

You will be responsible for ICFR requirements and the Compliance controls for Accounting are adequately implemented within Siemens Limited and the regional companies and to support the Corporate Country management to have an effective and efficient internal control system.

You will be responsible for implementing new accounting standards within Siemens Limited and affiliate Indian Companies of Siemens and supporting by providing accounting solutions to business for complex commercial transactions.

You will be involved in imparting training on various accounting topics on a monthly basis and coordination with the external auditor and internal stake holders for implementing adequate measures to remediate audit finding.

You must be Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

You should have good knowledge of IFRS, Indian GAAP, Companies Act Requirements etc.

You have great communication skills, love to work in teams, are grounded, honest and hard working.
