Job Description

Conversational Interfaces Writer

Location : Noida, Bangalore

Preferred Qualification :

Experience creating prototypes for conversation interfaces like chat and messaging in English
Experience working with Product and Customer Experience partners
Experience in enhancing user’s ability to perform self-service by optimizing the journeys around most common troubleshoot needs, and self-service tasks across channels (web content, communities, in-products, social media)

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years of experience creating content in a professional environment specialized for conversational interfaces
