Roles and Responsibilities :

* Food Quality- Ensure Food preparation and execution is adhered to Recipe and Process SOP
* Food Safety- Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard.
* Prep Time- Work towards continuous improvement for reducing prep-time at the section.
* Ensure Order, Receiving, Storage, Preparation SOP is strictly followed.
* Extend Hands on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment.
