We are currently seeking a Coolgen Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP),India (IN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Root Cause analysis for major incidents
  • Oncall Support for out of office Hours
  • Candidate will be responsible for End to End L2 and L3 support
  • Involved in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise.

Essential Requirements
  • Candidate should have 5+ Years
  • Candidate should have 5+ Years of experience in Cool:Gen, Oracle, Unix
  • Candidates should be excellent team players, yet capable of working independently
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Should be ready to work in Irish shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Summers, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM Winters)

Desirable Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in software development/production support.
  • Experience in working directly with customers.
  • Experience in retail banking domain
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Change Management
