Position Title : Consultant - Information Communication Technology Coordinator / Instructor (ICTC)

Responsible to : Technical Manager

Position Status : Consultant (Annual Renewal subject to client requirement)

Salary : 10K to 12K

JOB BRIEF: A fortune 100 company in India’s youngest state Telangana, with its head office at Hyderabad known as hub for information technology is looking for Consultant – ICTC. This Coordinator is responsible for keeping abreast of emerging developments in the use of ICT in education sector specifically in Govt Schools. The main role would be following the company designed curriculum and implementing as planned in the curriculum by successfully completing with training sessions or workshops.

KEY SKILLS

Ø Must have knowledge on software, hardware, networks and internet technologies

Ø Proficient in C, Python; IoT is an added advantage.

Ø Knowledge on flow charts, Algorithms, Logic building and problem solving skills

Ø Good presentation and public speaking skills

Ø A critical thinker and problem-solver with good attention to detail

Ø Excellent communication and people skills are required as end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role.

Ø Time management

Ø Ensure continuity of system with good corporate culture

Ø Collaborating with other professionals to maintain functionality and standards of the company.

ICT CORDINATOR / INSTRUCTOR GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES

1. Teach regularly computer class as per scheduled calendar.

2. Maintain Computer Lab with good condition. ICT instructors are only responsible for the Lab maintenance.

3. Need to regularly check the systems and power working conditions in lab.

4. ICT instructors have to do troubleshoot all the PC’s in your LAB.

5. You have to teach in allocated 3 schools nearby you.

6. Morning ,Night studies , holidays ,escort duties and DEO works are not applicable for ict instructors(because he/she mentoring nearby allocated 3 schools)

7. All ICTs are strictly instructed to update your Google sheets regularly without fail on are before 4:00 pm. if you are not updating means the ICT will be held responsible and need to give explanation for this cause.

Note: After filling google sheet no need to share.

8. All ICTs have to follow week wise schedule without fail. (Monday to Saturday active in one school )

9. Do inform to your Sr.ICT when you are on leave (after approval from principal) an email to be sent.

10. Every weekend you need to send an email regarding your training calendar for the next week active school on are before 4:00 PM

11. Every weekend you need to submit your completion report via email to corresponding Lead ICT.

12. Every month starting you have to prepare the plan of action for that month and share to your sr.ICT coordinator.

13. Any serious issues do inform directly to your lead ICT/Sr.ICT coordinator, don’t wait until they have to call you.

14. All Icts have to give their updates regularly without fail (active in WhatsApp group).

15. Jr.ICTs are responsible for computers in their schools if any issues you are facing (computers),you can solve their itself by contacting the local vendor. If it is unable to solve the problem need to coordinate with Head Office (CTO) through Sr ICT's.

16. Teleconference will be held for all Jr.Icts of respective district twice in a month by Sr.1CT’s.

17. Any other instructions shall be issued from HO to be followed scrupulously.
