Job Description

Responsibilities

Overall support for General Manager, Match Group India

Proactively organize and manage daily schedules, including interacting with all levels
of leaders, employees, assistants and external contacts

Manage, plan and coordinate travel logistics for Match Group India team, as well as
for visitors and personnel from international offices

Liaise with vendors and internal accounts team on ongoing basis for handling
invoices, contracts and paperwork, supporting reconciliation needs.

Provide operational support for quarterly audit processes, including document
collection, organization, signatures and stamping and proper handling and of

important documentation

Operationally support or lead small marketing projects with team where necessary

Assist on business processes e.g. checklist approvals

Liaise with business center for office management support services; purchase office
supplies, stationery, snacks for Gurgaon and Mumbai team.

Support event management logistics for internal as well as external events

Organize and support team engagement activities
Qualifications

Fluent in English- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

Knowledge of current office communications technologies; expert in G Suite (Gmail,
Google Calendar, G-Drive, etc.)

Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction, able to maintain
confidentiality and handle matters discreetly

Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

Effectively problem solve and resolve a variety of issues and topics within the job scope

Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior-level management and global
teams

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience working in a multinational corporation
