Sewa International jobs - Coordinator Reports

Responsibilities & Scope-

• The position is specifically for special monitoring reports required for our USA chapter. 
• Responsible to coordinate with different stakeholders including USA team, Delhi team and supported project teams.  Required to be part of all meetings, calls and keep record of all minutes.
• Owns entire Documentation, Record Keeping and Archival (project info, data and metrics, pictures, videos) from Delhi office.
• Work closely with Sewa’s nonprofit partners across India/abroad and facilitate them to fulfill mandate of reporting. May have to build capacity within their teams to create understanding of these reports and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate and follow-up(email, calls or by occasional travel to project sites) with partner non-profits for various reports as scheduled (Periodic progress reports, fund utilization reports, project closure reports, success stories, pictures, short movies etc.)
• Guide and assist partner non-profits in defining measurable parameters(SMART metrics)
  • Measurable Outputs for the activities defined
  • Quantifiable program outcomes to demonstrate the Impact of the program
• Develop and collate meaningful metrics to measure impact of programs for which grants are given
• Provide metrics and project data as required by Sewa Marketing team in a ready to use format
• Copy write content for project specific Brochures and flyers, annual reports, scripts for videos
• Any other work related to Report writing, project monitoring and evaluation.
• Any other work designated by reporting manager.
