Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are: n Oracle WebCenter Content-L3,Core Java-L3, (Mandatory) .
As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing)
You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
Minimum work experience: 5 - 8 YEARS
Should be well aware of SDLC life cycle and minimum 3-4 end-to-end project implementation knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Enterprise and Web Content Management Systems (Oracle WebCenter Content/Record Management )
Understanding on Installation and Configuration of Oracle ECM modules (IPM,IBR,CS,CS UI) in clustered environment
Oracle Webcenter Content integration with Oracle modules such as Portal/SOA/Sites/BI Publisher
Knowledge on creation of WCC custom metadata, rules, profiles and workflows.
Should be aware of Security Implementation in ECM using groups,accounts and ACL n tWell versed with Physical and Electronic documents types, folders, boxes functionality in URM
Should have understanding of IDAM modules Oracle Identity and access Management is desirable.
Development of WCC custom component and should have experience in using RIDC APIs
Hands on experience in using Archiver, Batch Loader and similar native tools to manage data in ECM.
Good Communication skill and well aware of offshore/onshore model
