Job Description

Performs research, writing, and assists in the compilation of background information on specific public affairs issues
Making center reports & updating database, Responds to client inquires and performs research for special assignments
Participate in cross functional teams as needed to accomplish institute objectives.
Facilitate communication between group & various authorities.
Regular & accurate follow up with departments and Internal Stakeholders.
Performs a variety of tasks, including coordinating meetings and events, developing articles for internal communications.
To scan for potential opportunities within various sectors and interested clients, also to work on creating alliances with them,
Produces communication plans for internal and external initiatives.

Skills Required

Tech Savvy: Excellent with Google mail, sheets and calendar, Microsoft Office
Communication: Expert level written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
Punctual: Disciplined in timely reporting and management.
Approach: Proactive by nature. Strong organizational skills.
Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
