CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT GLOBAL-EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Work location: Bangalore

Exp 2-5 yrs

Major exp: corporate-cum-NGO experience

Duties:

Oversee more than 100 volunteer projects in Bengaluru and Mumbai in order to ensure the success of the CTW experience for employees and the firm's partnership with community organizations.
Engage in project planning and management, application review and editing, database maintenance, grant processing, administration, and reporting
Manage CTW budget, participation rate, and impact measurement in India
Deliver CTW presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders
Champion CTW internally, promoting the program and increasing participation
Coordinate with internal business units and external business vendors on logistics related to events management, t-shirt distribution, transportation arrangement, marketing, and regular correspondence
Assist with end-of-season program evaluation, data collection, analysis, and forecasting
Update manuals and toolkits for future CTW seasons
Prepare presentations and weekly reporting
Work on other OCE tasks as requested

Skill:

2-5 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, event management, operations, volunteer management or client services
Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and a team of people
Critical thinking with sound judgment and proven problem solving ability
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and via email
Willingness to work in early mornings, evenings and weekends as projects require
Commitment to a 40-hour weekly schedule between January and end of October 2020
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as on a team
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
