DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an Individual Contributor you will be responsible for:
Responsible for monthly close of books of accounts, review and submission to management.
Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.
Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financials as per INDAS.
CA with 2 years of post-qualification experience in a MNC/ Big 4 environment with strong technical knowledge and fundamentals along with practical experience and expertise in accounting function, financial management and taxation.
Ability to operate and deliver in a financial set up by setting up processes and systems from scratch.
Demonstrable ability to take initiative and experience of setting up new processes.
Excellent communication, analytical & negotiation skills.
Fluent English.
Establishing strong internal controls and compliance systems and ensuring timely completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits.
