Shortlisting of the profiles from the team, interview scheduling, and coordination for the interview.
Requirement gathering - Sourcing - Shortlisting profiles - calling and screening - scheduling and coordinating interviews with interview panel - salary negotiating - follow up till the candidate joins the organization.
Sourcing, Pouching, and headhunting profiles from job portals, social networking sites, referrals, etc.

Desired Profile:
Excellent Communication skills Should be Flexible work.
Should be able to communicate effectively
Should possess good telephone and email etiquette
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
