Responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new clients by contacting companies on
a daily basis through the use of cold-calling, email prospecting, and social
prospecting.
2. Selling different
products and services to corporate and business houses through calling and
mails.
3. Follow-up the prospects
by email and telephone to understand and qualify opportunities as per approved
process.
4. Responsible to generate
and qualify new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email and
achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline.
5. Generate revenue through
prospecting potential clients; identify needs and develop ad sales solutions.
6. Track record of
generating leads through inside sales.
7. Set and run appointments
and create customized presentations to generate new business.
8. Resolves customer
inquiries.
9. Build and maintain client
relationships by fulfilling their advertising needs.
10. Develop & implement
effective marketing plans targeted to your clients.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of
inside sales process & best practices like research, prospecting,
qualification, pitching, opportunity creation & closure.
2. Extensive knowledge of
Sales and Market.
3. Well versed in business
communication, proficient in both spoken and written English.
4. Proficient in using CRM
tools for tracking lead activity.
5. Experience in up-selling,
cross-selling & other phone selling techniques.
6. Ability to handle
multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is
critical.
7. Must be aggressive and
dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick
learner.
8. Proficient in Microsoft
Office.
