What You Will Do As a relationship manager, you will build and maintain professional relationships with key corporate
clients. You will serve as a 'corporate advocate,' following the corporate client referred and a team based approach along with the internal teams to ensure quality outcomes. As a relationship manager,
you will develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts.
Responsibilities and Role and not limited to:
• Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients’ needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
• Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their
decision-making process.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
Skill Requirements:
• Excellent problem Solving and relationship-building skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
requirements.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self motivated.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment

Qualifications:
• Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
