Ø Building and nurturing relationship with Branch
Manager, Key employees, Regional Managers and Zonal Heads.
Ø Responsible for increasing approval rates
through right sourcing and by maintain due diligence across all products.
Ø Responsible to recruit, train and motivate field
executives and managers.
Ø Responsible for deep penetration in empanelment
relationships ensuring % funding in all sourced accounts.
Ø Developing strategies to increase sales volumes,
mange cost and sourcing through different channels.
Ø Understanding basic labor regulations and
following all compliance to administer and manage agencies / sales team.
Ø Maintaining strong network with retail stores,
Residential societies and corporates to strengthen and deepen relationship in
order to increase sales volume.
