The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and promoting our suite of service solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and target potential corporate clients through strategic research and networking.
· Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
· Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services that meet client expectations.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
· Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
· Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Achieving Sales Targets:
· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities to the management team.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
· Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
· Strong understanding of the banking partnerships market and corporate business environment.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
