Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explore the food business through various out-of-home avenues including housing societies, events, corporates, and bulk orders
2. Exhibit a passion for people and excel in building and managing relationships and quickly establish rapport with key stakeholders such as society managers, chairmen, corporate admins, and event organizers
3. Identify and explore diverse locations for business expansion, such as food trucks and food counters
4. Develop a robust business funnel to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals
5. Acquire and convert new prominent housing societies and B2B customers, becoming their preferred food-ordering partner
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with an MBA in sales/marketing
2. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and relationship-building abilities
3. Possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills
4. Display a high sense of ownership, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
5. Embrace a proactive attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
6. Communicate effectively at all levels and possess the ability to influence
7. Exhibit the capacity to make decisions autonomously and embrace innovation and experimentation to drive business forward
