Responsible for extending support to the CSR Team all CSR & allied activities which includes conducting baseline/ need assessment surveys, preparation of action plan for CSR / PD activities, planning, designing implementing, monitoring and documenting the projects undertaken by the OMC/Govt/Partner organizations.

Support the Team in timely implementation of activities and fund reimbursements under CSR and allied activities.

Extend support the Team for review and other meetings to access project progress and performance.

Extend support the Team for organizing regular Regional CSR Committee meeting to access project progress and performance and approval of new projects following due procedures.

Support in framing strategies for rapport building with stakeholders to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

Support the OMC CSR Team for timely implementation of activities and fund disbursement under CSR and allied activities.

Support the team in organizing regular Regional CSR Committee meeting to access project progress and performance and approval of new projects following due procedure

Developing tracking/monitoring mechanism for Liasoning with the concerned Department on overall CSR/PD programme for convergence model/Partnership Model.

Undertake regular field visits along with the team and develop tracking/monitoring mechanism to ensure timely progress by the Implementing Agency as per the plan and for generating.
