Job Description

COS-TE-18082 - Team Manager
LocationCoimbatore

Job Description :

• To Handle minimum of 2 team leaders with their team and 2-3 Agency.
• To achieve collection targets of the Respective portfolios assigned.
• Co-ordinate with bank team with respect to day to day operations.
• Continuously monitoring teams performance, suggest and implement Strategies to enhance productivity.
• Responsible for managing attrition across assigned teams.
• Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to collections.
• Prepare and publish report on daily team performance.

Key Skills :

• Graduate
• 4-6 yrs experience in collection
• Handled Agency and TC Unit.
• Good communication and pleasing personality.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
