Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee daily purchase and consumption data
2. Work on daily item consumption report analysis
3. Oversee weekly & monthly stock audit
4. Take responsibility for submission of prime cost reports
5. Oversee the finalization of product costing of new recipes
6. Submit product costing and variance reports
