ROLE: Cost Controller and Invoicing Engineer

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai

Prime Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of project cost breakdown structure (CBS)in consultation with Project Manager, PCM and Project Planning/SchedulingEngineer.
Responsible to monitor project total expenditure to ensure that all projectexpenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Implement and monitor costs within each stage of project until its close-out.
Perform project costing related reporting on a monthly basis to ensurethat expenditures are kept within the project budget and cost reports areissued highlighting Cost Committed, Balance Commitments & Cost to Complete(CTC) and Cost Variance (CV)
Prepare and submit Project Valuation Reports highlighting Contract Value,Cost to Complete, Variance and key commercial conditions of the Contract.
Coordinate with Finance department by providing updated Cost and Cashflowdata of the project to facilitate Hedging plans with Finance and Treasury
Develop Customer Billing schedule based on Milestone stages provided inContract.
Prepare the Payment Milestones and get them approved from Client intimely manner.
Coordinate for timely Invoicing and Payment Collection from Customer
Coordinate with Project leads and Contracts department to identify anychanges need to be budgeted
Coordinate with contracts department for costing of the variations anddisputed claims
Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as andwhen required.
Provide Cost Control related data for Project close out report at thecompletion of the project
