Job Description
Require Female Counsellor - 4 post
Job Time :
10:30 am to 7:30 pm - Tuesday to Saturday
09:00 am to 01:00pm- Sunday
Monday holiday

Skills:
The ability to build trust and make young people feel relaxed
Strong communication skills, including listening
The ability to challenge clients in a positive way
Patience, tolerance, and sensitivity
Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude
The ability to work with students from all backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Conducting counselling sessions with students
Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities
Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs
Creating academic and career development plans
Directing students and families to helpful resources
Guiding students through academic improvement
Helping students to develop transferable skills
Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions, career planning and personal development
Maintaining notes and student records
