Job Description
Work Profile: Counselor on commission basis
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any stream
Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience, preferable education industry
Salary Range= (on a commission basis)no fixed salary paid on the basis of commission
Responsibilities:
● Alliances with channel partners (consultants, coaching institutions) for generating
enrollments through them
● Achieving revenue, enrollment & tuition fee payment targets for students
planning to study abroad
● Communicate about the products and services of the company
● Develop and implement Business plans, marketing strategies
● Remain knowledgeable about all organization’s products and services to facilitate
sales efforts.
● To research and analyze the customer’s requirements and present the best
solutions.
