Job Description

Counter Sales Associate (CSA) opening 12th pass

Age - 18 to 28 yrs

Fresher / Experienced Sal - 12500 upto 14k in-hand
For Pune Only Male candidates for Trends @ Vimannagar/ Pimpri Chinchwad and Hadapsar
For Mumbai - Trends M&F candidates for Thane West - Ghodbunder Rd & Kurla
Male candidates for Andheri / Ghatkopar / Borivali

Duties:

• Customer Service

• Greet customers (or answer phone calls) promptly

• Handle all phone calls and customer requests promptly and efficiently

• Orders

• Delivery schedules

• Work closely with yard, dispatch, outside sales, and other staff to provide seamless, great service to customers

• Follow up with customers promptly

• Develop strong customer relationships

• Present a positive image for customers (courteous and friendly, well groomed, appropriate work apparel)

• Point of Sale system basics

• Process sales transactions accurately, in compliance with policies for pricing, discounts, payment and credit memo terms

• Quotes

• Inventory Management

• Special orders
